TT - Phu Quoc Tourism Company would like to invest deployed port of Phu Quoc passengers under the plan combines BT (build - transfer) and BOT (Build - Operate - Transfer).
JSC Investment and tourism development in Phu Quoc, member of Vingroup (called Phu Quoc Tourism Company), has written to the Ministry of Transport and Kien Giang Provincial People's Committee would like to invest their own funds passenger port of Phu Quoc has a total investment of more than 1,257 billion.
Accordingly, the Company would like Phu Quoc tourism investment deploying passenger port of Phu Quoc integrated approach between BT and BOT. Of these, approximately 70% of the total investment cost seaport reimburse investors in the form of BT.
Specifically, investors are exploiting proposed 85ha of land at the old airport in Duong Dong town to invest in new urban areas, the project consortium luxury travel in an area of about 560 ha in Bai Vong and projections other land use plan (if necessary).
About 30% of the investment cost will be investors in capital through the exploitation of the port (BOT).
