Hi everyone,
I would like to invite you to participate in this study on the impacts of cultural intelligence on customer satisfaction, trust, and loyalty in the context of Vietnam, funded by IESEG School of Management, France.
This survey is an important part of a study which is directed at hotel customers who have stayed at any international hotels.
Upon the completion of this questionnaire, you have an opportunity to win one voucher of 500,000 VND for a one-day tour in the beautiful Danang city and the atmospheric and delightful Hoi An town. Up to FIVE participants will receive the vouchers and will be contacted by email by 20th February 2017.
